"I looked for months for the best deal on a Stratoliner Deluxe. Bright Powersports had the best price over any other place in Michigan. I live 180 miles from Bright Powersports so everything was done by phone before even going there. The sales personel had everything ready for me when I got there. The staff at Bright Powersports were excellent and made my transaction very easy. They even called the following week to see how I was liking my bike. "I haven't bought a darn thing...YET! but the guys (Ryan in Parts Dept behind the counter) went above and beyond the Call of Duty looking for a rare piston I needed.
I need alot of parts and I plan on driving an hour from Canada with my tiny CAN.$ and Toll and Gas$ all because of great Customer Service and Great Deals.

The passing lights on my 2000 Royal Star/Tour Deluxe looked yellow compared to the headlight. Jeremy, Bright's Parts Manager, hooked me up with a pair of Yamaha Star Halogen replacements lamps (Part # STR-4N-K35-10-01 in case you want to do the same) and now they're much brighter, same color as the headlight and look great at night!
When I mentioned I wanted "more front stopping power" (these are heavy bikes) and wanted to price out some better brakes, Jeremy recommended that before I change out brakes, which is expensive, I should try adding Yamaha's steel-braded brake line. He assured me I'd feel a huge difference. He got Jeff, the Service Mgr., in on the discussion and I bought their solution. "Wow!" what a difference! Much easier to stop. (This fix also saved me some serious $'s)
Lastly, John, Service Tech, while installing the lights found "and fixed" an electrical short that two other dealers could not! These guys really know what their doing! I highly recommend them for Service. "
